i enjoyed the comfortable beds. i also appreciated the washing machine and dryer. breakfast included a good latte and delicious food.

the onsite taxi service quoted a significantly higher fare for the airport trip than the grab fare.

The room was somewhat dated. The placement of power outlets was inconvenient. I was charged for a sheet stain that I knew nothing about. That happened at checkout. I stayed five days. Why wasn't I told sooner?

The location was convenient near lots of restaurants. the staff was very friendly. breakfast was good. The people there were helpful.

The room smelled like humidity. the room was also full of dust. their solution was just to put scent in our room. I found this disappointing.

taxi service insane fare

i think the onsite taxi service IS a HUGE rip off. the hotel needs to sort this out asap. for the airport trip the fare offered by the hotel WAS 2600 pesos THAT'S INSANE. a grab fare was 260 pesos, IT IS AN ABSOLUTE RIP-OFF.

The location was central. It was easy to reach many places. my room was very clean. I noticed attentive housekeeping.

The air conditioning was difficult to adjust. The temperature fluctuated. the mini-bar pricing wasn't clear. I was surprised by the final bill.

rooftop pool city views breakfast selection

the rooftop pool has great city views. i also used the gym and there were three treadmills. the breakfast buffet offered a very good selection. apply, twice.

the room lighting controls were a bit confusing!
